Built to Last: Elite Hamstring Rehab & Return-to-Play Strategies
A one-day practical event for clinicians and performance professionals.
Recurrent hamstring injuries remain one of the most challenging issues in elite sport — often striking the same athletes, in the same place, despite best-practice rehab. Built to Last dives deep into why that happens, and how modern practitioners can intervene more precisely, load more intelligently, and return athletes to performance with true durability.
Led by Fearghal Kerin, this advanced rehab workshop bridges the gap between research and reality. Expect high-level clinical reasoning, hands-on application, and the latest return-to-play frameworks used across elite sport environments.
Core Topics
Rehab at the T-Junction: Targeting the critical zone for recurrent injury.
From Strength to Stiffness: Building robust hamstrings through the rehab continuum.
The Return-to-Play Decision: Data, criteria, and real-world application.
The Modern Rehab Model: Integrating physio, S&C, and coaching domains.
Dealing with the Recurrent Hamstring: Strategies to build resilience and prevent repeat breakdown.
This one-day event blends lecture, live demonstration, and applied discussion — equipping attendees with the tools to confidently manage complex hamstring presentations from early-stage rehab through to high-speed performance.
Spaces are limited to ensure great interaction and practical engagement.
