Reduce your Physiotherapy Costs

• Reduce your costs by availing of Tax relief on all physiotherapy appointments. 20-42% tax relief can be claimed on all medical expenses including visits to a Chartered Physiotherapist. This is dependent on your level of taxation and done via “My Accounts” on Revenue

• Depending on your insurance package, health insurers (VHI, Aviva, Laya, Garda Medical Aid, Prison Officer Medical Aid) offer rebates on physiotherapy visits.

• Please ensure you are availing of all available reductions in the cost of your physiotherapy. Cost should never be a barrier to removing pain and improving performance.

• Example 1: Physio Cost €65 - With health insurance offering 50% off (€32.50) & Med 1 (20% off remaining 32.50) = €65-(32.50+6.50)= Physio Cost to you = €26 per appointment

• Example 2: Med 1 only = €65- €13 = €53
