The SPARC: GOLF programme offers us the perfect platform to bring the SPARC ethos and culture to all keen GOLFERS.  Our chartered physiotherapists and strength and conditioning team always look to maximise both your mobility and strength to enhance your golfing game.

As you can see, we have uploaded a session for you guys to give a blast whenever suits you.

We will also be cutting the video up a little over the next few days to 3 shorter videos to help you guys out.
