Ronan Peyton
musculoskeletal & sports PHYSIOTHERAPIST
(Bsc in Physiotherapy), CORU & MISCP- Chartered Physiotherapist)
Ronan is a CORU-registered Chartered Physiotherapist who graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a BSc in Physiotherapy, and is about to begin his MSc in Orthopaedics & Musculoskeletal Medicine — so the latest evidence-based thinking is always feeding into how he works with you.
He's built a strong, well-rounded clinical foundation through his work in acute hospital settings, where he learned to assess and manage a wide range of presentations — from post-surgical recovery to complex musculoskeletal pain. That same clinical eye is what he brings to the treatment room, whether you're an athlete chasing a return to play or someone whose neck and back have had enough of the desk.
Alongside his clinical work, Ronan has been the physiotherapist for Wicklow GAA, supporting intercounty athletes through rehab and back to peak performance. He understands what it takes — physically and mentally — to get back on the pitch, on the road, or under the bar.
Ronan has a genuine passion for sport and human performance. GAA, strength and conditioning, and running are where his interests really light up, and he's fascinated by how far the body can be pushed when it's trained smartly and looked after well. That curiosity translates directly into how he treats — looking beyond the symptom to understand why it's happening and what needs to change.
He works just as comfortably with the weekend runner, the club player, the gym-goer, or the office worker dealing with a stiff neck, tight shoulders, or a back that flares up by Friday afternoon. Whatever's brought you in, his goal is the same: high-quality, individualised care that gets you moving freely again and back to doing what you love — performing at your best, feeling strong, and trusting your body.
