Rachel O REILLY

Rachel is a CORU registered chartered physiotherapist with the ISCP with a keen interest in performance rehabilitation.

Rachel sees a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions including back, neck and joint issues in SPARC. She is also heaviliy involved in our performance testing and performance rehabilitation components of the clinic.

She is currently working with the Lansdowne rugby U20s team and has had previous experience working pitch side with GAA teams.

Rachel finds it hugely satisfying rehabilitating from the acute injury phase to the return to  play phase. She is dedicated to staying up to date with the latest research and regularly participates in continuous professional development. She is currently working towards becoming an APPI qualified Pilates instructor which she strives to incorporate into her rehab sessions.

In 2019, Rachel completed her undergraduate degree in Health and Performance Science in UCD. She continued her studies in The Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) where she graduated with an Honours degree in Physiotherapy in 2022.

Upon graduating, Rachel gained valuable experience working in the UPMC Sports Surgery Clinic treating a variety of patient groups. This particularly involved pre and post-operative rehabilitation for elective orthopaedic surgeries namely joint replacements, ACL reconstructions, rotator cuff repairs and knee arthroscopies.

Outside of the clinic, Rachel enjoys running, going to the gym and has a love of all sports! She is passionate about helping her patients achieve their goals.
