Classes will begin on January 25th at 09:30. All classes are ran by a chartered physiotherapist.

Please note you will be asked to fill out a form prior to the start of class 1 listing any conditions that you may have. This will allow us tailor the exercise to individually suit you, should that be required.

You should not attend this class if you are currently injured or have underlying conditions that prevent you from carrying out exercise.

All classes will only require a chair and a couple of light weights (can be bottles of water or otherwise).
