Our Lunchtime Mobility class kicks off on March 8th.
This programme is aimed at athletes and those working from home.

We are seeing a lot of people struggling with their new home set up and we want to get people away from their desks and get moving!!

This programme will look at improving stability, movement patterning and mobilising joints of the spine, upper and lower limbs.
