Chartered Physiotherapist Led Pilates:
Experience the transformative power of Pilates with personalized sessions led by our certified instructors.
Our tailored approach, fueled by objective data, ensures each movement is safe, effective, and exhilarating for your body.
The aim of our physio led pilates and may pilates is to allow participants to exercise safely in a medical environment with a chartered physio or other allied health professional who is trained in medical fitness.
We have Mat Pilates and Physio led pilates, with levels from beginners-intermediate-advanced-athletes.
We have a number of ways to come to the classes but the first thing is to try a trial class!
You can choose from memberships starting from €50 per 4 weeks to Pay as you Go options (€19)
Classes next week are as follows:
Tuesday: physio led pilates 0715 & 0930
Wednesday: mat pilates 0915 & physio led pilates 1700
Friday: mat pilates 0630 & physio led at 0910.
We will be adding more evening and Saturday classes next month.
