Why Exercise?

At SPARC we use exercise to REHABILITATE all musculoskeletal injuries. There is endless benefits to this 'free medication’ and medical research is continuously telling us about the benefits of exercise. There are many different types of exercise - weight/strength training, aerobic exercise, endurance exercise, balance or flexibility based exercise.
