David Carolan

Senior musculoskeletal & sports PHYSIOTHERAPIST 

(Bsc. in Advanced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, MISCP)

David qualified from Trinity College, Dublin with a BSc Honours degree in Physiotherapy in 2013. He is a member of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists.

Upon graduating, David worked in private practice and currently in the Sports Surgery Clinic team. David has worked with numerous sports teams including Shelbourne FC, St. Patrick`s Athletic FC and a range of Dublin GAA clubs. 

He spent the 2015/16 season working with Drogheda United. In 2017 he began working with Dublin GAA and is currently team physiotherapist for the Dubs U21 hurlers. He also currently works in the Sports Surgery clinic on hip/groin & knee rehabilitation. 

His main areas of clinical interest are in sports and musculoskeletal injuries. He currently specialises in treating neck, shoulder and back injuries at SPARC, but he enjoys treating all musculoskeletal injuries. 

Outside work David has a personal interest in sport, playing both soccer and GAA.
